Radishes w/ Butter and Sea Salt

This quote always reminds me of Spring’s first radishes because mellow bread and butter are the perfect complement to that bright, peppery crunch. Feel free to use your favorite gluten free bread!
a few radishes, sliced, greens removed (save them for pesto!)
a pat of unsalted butter, preferably grass-fed
coarse salt like Himalayan pink salt, Celtic sea salt, or Kosher salt
sliced bread
Spread the butter on the bread. Sprinkle with salt. Top with radish slices. You’re done.
